FAQ
What people ask us
Does the client need to create an account?
No. They receive a personal link by email. For the main link, a 6-digit code sent by email confirms who they are in each new browser. Key users get their own link, limited to their theme.
Which ERPs does Amontas work with?
The questions are about the company and its processes, not a particular software. You choose each project's ERP (Business Central, Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Acumatica or another) and it appears in the packet.
How long does the client need to answer?
It depends on the scope: the estimated time is shown for each theme before starting. The essential version keeps only the questions that matter most; the client can stop and come back at any time.
Does the AI replace the consultant?
No. It prepares: it spots, quotes and proposes. The consultant judges every proposal and alone decides what is covered in the workshop.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
In the European Union. You can export or erase a project at any time; data is erased automatically after the period set in the data processing agreement.
What does the pilot cost, and what do I commit to?
The pilot is free for 3 months, with no commitment and no card. A pilot agreement and a data processing agreement frame its use.
How fast can we start?
Once your request is accepted, your administrator gets an email invitation and can create the first project the same day.
